Details Property dating to circa 1820. Comprising 3-storey, symmetrical 5-bay shops and dwellings above and central basket arched pend. Finely tooled ashlar, polished ashlar dressings, painted at ground floor. Original 3-bay shop with central door to No 78 and late 19th/early 20th century 3-bay shop front with bracketed corniced fascia above to No 74. Tollbooth Street elevation of three storeys, two bays rendered with painted margins. Raised, moulded architraves to first and second floor windows, corniced at first floor. Glazing is 2-pane. Eaves band and cornice, coped ridge and end stacks and shallow slate roof. See NJ05NW0256 for the rear wing to Number 74.
