Three storey, 4-bay, house the bays alternating wide and narrow, dated 1869. Constructed of stugged rubble with tooled and polished ashlar dressings. Bays divided by full height channelled pilaster strips. Off-centre door with broad pilastered and corniced doorpiece flanked by shop windows. Stilted, segmental-headed window in narrow bay and window above door. Moulded architraves to all windows with panelled aprons to first floor. Moulded cill course to second floor, bracketed cornice and blocking course. Wallhead triple square chamfered ashlar corniced chimneys and slate roof.
