Courtyard and stables/steading enclosed by 2- storey and single storey and loft ranges. Built in circa 1805 with some alterations and additions dated 1926. Pinned rubble walls with tooled and polished ashlar dressings. Central entrance to court flanked by (re-used) square ashlar gatepiers with pulvinated stringcourse, deep moulded cornice and ball finials supported by attenuated bases. To west 2-storey, 3-bay south facing dwelling linked to gatepier by single storey, single bay. Central door masked by later gabled timber porch. Corresponding wing to W of gatepiers with five segmental-headed carriage houses and three first floor windows, some blind. Further late 19th century single storey and attic, 3-bay house projecting at right angles. Various farm and stable offices surround inner face of court with segmental-headed cart bays, some blocked but pierced with either window or door. Forestair to loft and 4- and 12-pane glazing (some blind). Piended slate roofs and coped ridge stacks.
