House, in use, built circa 1797 with substantial additions by Alexander Ross in 1867 and further additions to rear dated 1900. It is a mainly 2-storey symmetrical 3-bay house with centre door under re-cut datestone of 1797. Flanking ground and three first floor Venetian windows. Centre gabled bay raised in 1867 with pointed-headed 2-light window, apex stack, and flanking gabled dormers. Substantial 2-storey wing added in 1867 projects as single gabled bay at southwest with irregular 6-bay return west elevation. Large 3-light windows light drawing room at south and west corbelled wallhead stack. Rubble built with tooled ashlar dressings and harled rubble rear and slate roofs.
