Former Salmon Station built in circa 1800, now in residential use. By 1988 it was no longer used as a salmon station. Hollow square, single storey range built into west facing slope with main elevations north and west. Harled walls with contrasting painted ashlar margins. Irregular 4-bay elevations north and west with 2 doorways in north face and substantial squat wallhead stack serving fish-house at west. Two vaulted ice-houses to the north (NJ06SW0048), no longer in use as such, were associated with salmon fishing but these are not included in listing for this property.
