Details Two-storey Swiss cottage style house dated circa 1860. West facing rectangular plan with rear east wing. Coursed rubble ground floor with tooled rubble dressings and painted weatherboard first floor encircled by wide veranda supported by decorative brackets and silhouette balusters to wooden balustrade, 4-light windows with single pane glazing. Deep projecting eaves supported by shaped brackets (as veranda) and also by angle posts rising from veranda balustrade. Slender wooden apex finials, end and wallhead stacks with gablet caps pierced by chimney cans and slate roof.
