Site of a round cairn, containing a cist with a cup-marked end slab, with 37 cups-marks occurring on both sides of the slab recorded in 1898. The grave had been previously disturbed. Nothing was known about the cairn or cup-marked stone at Carswell farm when visited by the OS in August 1963. The site was visited in April 2019 by Scotland's Rock Art Project, but nothing was reportedly known about the cairn or the stone at the former farm, which has been developed into flats with the surrounding area developed for housing.
