Details	A watching brief was undertaken when a deep water mains trench was cut down the southwest side of Pansport Road. A section of Elgin's Cathedral precinct wall ran adjacent to the trench at its northwest end. The evidence did not contradict the idea that the area had previously been a medieval water meadow with wet grazing.
