Details Tenements dated 1728. Ground floor remodelled in 1971 by John Wright for Elgin Fund. It is 3-storey, comprising two tenements of 3 and 5 bays, with wings to rear. Rubble built with ashlar dressings and harled gable and rear. Ground floor of both buildings are now symmetrically treated with central segmental-headed arch to pend and flanked by 3-bay shop fronts. There is also segmental-headed doorways and windows. Regular fenestration to first and second floor, with 12-pane glazing. Venetian window to central first floor bay. Coped ridge and gable stacks. Slate roof.
