Details Late 19th century commercial and residential property. Three-storey and attic, 2-bay. There is a modern shop front and narrow flat-headed pend entrance at ground floor. Finely tooled ashlar facade above with polished ashlar dressings. Mullioned and transomed 2- and 3-light windows to first floor. Bracketed cill course to pair second floor bipartites flanked by half fluted pilasters. two tall pedimented dormers flanked by scrolled consoles and linked by low arcaded parapet. There is a 3-storey wing to the rear which has rubble close walls with stone copes.
