Details Late 19th century commercial and residential property, 3-storey, 3-bay. Constructed of coursed stugged ashlar with polished ashlar dressings. There are two modern shop fronts and a narrow flat-arched entrance to pend. Two canted oriels and centre mullion and transom window to first floor. Three pedimented and pilastered bipartites breaking through main corniced linked by arcaded parapet and flanked by urns. Rose and thistle finials. Paved pend giving access to 3-storey gabled rear wing. There is a roman Doric engaged columned doorpiece and 2 oblong rear stair windows with Art Nouveau stained glass.
