Details Mid to later 19th century, 2-storey and attic, 5-bay dwelling and offices with further recessed bay to North College Street with entrance in re-entrant angle. Finely tooled ashlar with polished ashlar dressings and rusticated plinth. Round-headed pilastered ground floor windows with advanced keystones and panelled aprons. Tall corniced windows with lugged architraves to first floor giving onto shallow stone balcony with decorative cast-iron railings. Canted oriel first floor south gable (looking onto South College Street). Bracketed cornice and parapet.
