Details Former drill hall depicted on OS 2nd edition map 25 inch, 1905, now extended and in use as a Territorial Army Centre. It comprises a group of structures, including a hall with a bellcote adjoining a two-storey administration block. The hall bears the badge of the Gordon Highlanders. In 1914 the hall was the drill station for 'E' Squadron, 2nd Scottish Horse, the HQ of the 6th Battalion Gordon Highlanders, and the drill station for 'C' Company of the battalion.
