South facing, 2-storey, 5-bay house with slightly advanced and pedimented ashlar central bay with slightly set back and marginally lower 2-storey, continuous 4-bay range at the west gable. Harled walls with tooled and polished ashlar dressings and margins. Modern harled rear with various modern additions. Central entrance with corniced doorpiece with pair Roman Doric columns in antis and recessed doorway with radial fanlight. Further central corniced entrance in east return, 3-bay gable and plain doorway in central west return gable under glazed oculus and continuous bandcourse between ground and first floors. Aprons to first floor windows in the west block. Cavetto eaves cornice and ball finial to pediment. Paired ridge stacks to main block which has piended slate roof and gabled slate roof to west range. Two projecting modern stairwells to rear with concrete tile roofs and modern glazing to rear fenestration. Nos. 2 and 2A Station Road are single storey, 3-bay rubble wing facing Station Road. Harled rear with entrance and piended dormer breaking wallhead. Ridge stack and piended slate roof.
