Square dovecot, built in the mid-18th century from rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The gabled roof is covered in corrugated-iron, replacing the former storm damaged roof. There are two doorways in the outer bays of the South elevation, with a round-headed blind recess between. There are similar recesses in the North, East and West elevations. The interior has two chambers, of which only one is lined with circa 400 stone nesting boxes. The dovecot is depicted with ogee roof and central cupola in William Tomkins' painting of Rothiemay House (NJ54NE0007) in 1767.
