Cottage, still in use, built in the early 19th century. It is a single storey, three-bay, harled cottage, with contrasting painted margins. The principal elevation has a central entrance, modern glazing and end stacks (one brick), with a modern concrete tiled roof. There is a single-storey, gabled extension at the south, with a window the breaking wallhead under a shallow cat slide slate roof.
