Bridge, over the River Deveron. The bridge was built in 1806, probably by William Smith, Montrose. It is a two-span bridge, constructed of tooled granite rubble and granite ashlar, with dressed stone voussiors, and rubble spandrels and wing walls. The two spans are of a different size. The larger arch to the South is segmental, and the smaller to the North is semi-circular, and both are built from granite ashlar. See NJ64NW0094 for tollhouse. The bridge crosses the limits of Aberdeenshire (see NJ64NW0014 in Aberdeenshire HER) and Moray.
