Period Notes

Period Notes S facade 1835-40, and the blocks in the W elevation are dated to 1900. It is on the site of an earlier house, dated to circa 1700, with later wings. There was a dovecot dated to 1769, which formerly belonged to house, and was demolished during the 1960's. There are skewputts with a worn date, possibly 1691. The status of the site was changed from a B listing to an A listing on 25/04/1989.
