Details Former mains farm, stable and cart shed, built in circa 1800 within Ballindalloch Castle designed landscape (NJ13NE0004), now in residential use. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as being a long range with a double quadrangular-plan steading to the north, a pond to the south and four other associated buildings. On the 2nd edition OS map the northern range of the steading has been partially removed and one of the associated buildings also removed. Current OS maps show the steading to the north has been almost entirely removed, leaving only sections of the southern ends, all but one of the associated buildings have been removed and the pond infilled, although the area of the pond is still depicted as an enclosure. The B-listed long range is a symmetrical west facing single storey and loft, 9-bay stable range. Grey rubble built walls with contrasting tooled pink granite dressings. Slightly advanced and pedimented central three bays with three round-headed cart sheds and loft windows over (one with 8-pane sash window). Flanking 3-bay stables with centre doors. Piended loft entrances break the wallhead in the north and south gables and piended slate roof.
