Details Single storey cottage, cruciform plan (rear wing probably later addition), asymmetrical 3-bay front. Dated 1864. Harled exterior with tooled ashlar margins and base course. Gabled porch in southeast re-entrant angle and canted bay window in centre south gable with monogram above. There are bipartite windows in the east and west gables with quatrefoil detailing in gablet and 2- and 4-pane glazing. Centre ridge battery of three coped stacks and slate roof with projecting eaves and bargeboards.
