Details Well. A natural spring in a small circular hollow, which is now piped into a narrow stone-lined trough. There is still a slight flow of water, but the well is overgrown and apparently disused. The well was rediscovered and repaired, including restoration of the water supply, in 2013 and the well officially reopened 11/02/14. The excavation to uncover the well also recovered sherds of medieval pottery, Victorian pottery and various pieces of ironwork.
