A traditional farmstead still in use. It is depicted on the 1st edition OS map of 1867 as a square steading with open central courtyard and an L-shaped extension projecting from the north corner, which is possibly a farmhouse. To the east is an L-shaped building, to the south are two small buildings, a dovecot (NJ16SE0002) and a mill lead running down to a mill dam and sluice. Pittendreich Corn and Flour Mill (NJ16SE0015) lies just to the north. On the 2nd edition of 1888, the open courtyard looks to have been roofed, the L-shaped farmhouse has been altered to a detached rectangular building, and the building to the east has been removed. The original steading and other buildings appear to survive, with new buildings added to the west and south. Neither the mill lead or dam are depicted on the current edition (2006).
