Small farmstead and farmhouse, built in the late-18th century to the West of the Old Mill (NJ26SW0039). It is shown on the first edition OS map with three small buildings to the South-East. On the later second edition OS map, there are only two buildings to the South-East, while a new building has been added to the East a two-storey and attic granary, which is itself to the North-East of the farmhouse. The original farmhouse and granary buildings survive (these buildings are listed), and the two small buildings have been converted into one building. The farmhouse itself is a two-storey, three-bay barn, with square chamfered window openings and later alterations to the doors and fenestration. It has a corrugated iron roof.
