Mixed use commercial and residential building, built in the Edwardian Freestyle and designed by R. B. Pratt in 1903-4. Three storeys and off-centre pedimented attic. Modern shop fronts and an asymmetrical ashlar facade above. Narrow bay at the right with round-headed door and canted oriel above. Three wide, segmental-headed, first floor windows to the central bays with simply carved block mouldings set in shallow recessed panels. The wider left bay has similar details and additional side lights. There are finialled pediments to outer bays, the left with a lunette. There are a pair of round-headed windows to the attic with diminutive blind arcade and faceted roof.
