Details Remains of a quarry recorded by RCAHMS field visit 1998. It measures about 15m by 10m and is up to 1.8m in depth on the north-northeast. It probably dates from the period between 1869 and 1903 as it is not depicted on the 1st edition OS map but its position is indicated on the 1903 map by an area of rough ground between the improved field to the north and the public road to the south.
