Disused game larder, probably built in the earlier to mid 19th century. It is situated to the west of Candacraig House (NJ31SW0006) and to the north of the former coach house and offices (NJ31SW0179). It is an unaltered two-storey, square-plan structure set into the bank and constructed from snecked, roughly coursed rubble with squared rubble quoins and margins, and the slated pavilion roof has a centre vent. The south entrance elevation has steps up to the door, an adjacent louvered opening and a small window above. There is a further door to the upper stage of the east elevation. Inside, metal hooks for hanging game are retained.
