Details Former Church of Scotland Manse and steading. Built in 1801-2, it is a tall 3-bay, 2-storey and attic house over a raised basement. It is harled, and a centre door in the south front is approached by a short flight of steps with a cast-iron handrail, leading to a double-leaf panelled door. There are two later piended dormers with 4-pane glazing. Various rear extensions are present, including a narrow 2-storey gabled block. There are coped end stacks and a slate roof. The steading is single storey and in a U-plan, with a south facing court and is constructed of harl pointed rubble and tooled rubble dressings. There is a graded Tomintoul slate roof, and a garage doorway slapped in the east facing elevation. A coped rubble garden wall encloses a garden area fronting the house, with a pedestrian gate to the south leading to the Cabrach Parish Church (NJ32NE0005).
