Farmstead, still in use, with a B-listed early 19th century farmhouse. Historic OS maps show a quadrangular-plan steading to the north with the L-plan farmhouse to the south. Current OS maps show additions and alterations to both. South facing tall 2-storey, 3-bay house, rubble built with tooled ashlar dressings. Central door masked by earlier 20th century glazed single storey timber porch with side entrance. Regular front fenestration. Later 19th century canted dormers in outer bays, with single ground and first floor window in the east gable. Single storey and attic wing to rear with modern single storey harled lean-to extension at the east. There is 12-pane glazing in the south front, multi-pane and 4-pane elsewhere. Coped panelled end stacks to main house, ridge stack to wing and slate roofs.
