Site of a tannery built in the early 19th century. It was a rectangular, 3-storey rubble-built building with tooled rubble dressings. The irregular 4-bay east elevation featured a doorway to the left, whilst the first and second floors were formerly louvred to each side of a central rubble mullion. A further louvred opening sat in the south gable. The roof was in slate. Three houses (not Listed), perhaps accommodation for the tannery manager or workers, sat adjacent to the north and featured Scots dormers, stone walls, and slate roofs. The buildings have all been demolished.
