Details Former free church built between 1845-6. Rectangular with a west facing entrance front. Constructed of coursed rubble with tooled and polished ashlar dressings and slated roof. Central pointed-headed recessed entrance in slightly advanced central bay with clasping buttresses rising to central projection in imitation of tower. Octagonal bellcote spire with diminutive lucarnes in alternate facets and apex finial, pointed-headed louvred openings. Angle buttresses terminate with octagonal finials. The 5-bay flanks are lit by narrow pointed-headed windows and circular light in east gable. There is leaded glazing to most windows.
