Details Church and hall still in use. The church was formerly called East Church, becoming Howe Trinity when the parishes of Keig, Tullynessle and Forbes, and Alford were united in 1999. The church is tall and narrow, built of granite with paler bands of granite as decoration and with a square tower at the nortwest corner. The north gable and tower form the principal elevation, and has a single three lancet window. The interior has been remodelled, redecorated and re-orientated. A larger 21st century hall complex adjoins the rear of the building.
