Remains of a church, largely demolished in 1810-11, and associated graveyard. Tradition has it that the church was originally built by a Lord Forbes as a family chapel. Public worship was held at Kearn until 1811 when it was almost wholly demolished. It is thought a small section of the north wall was retained to be used in the construction of a later burial enclosure to the Forbes family, which stands on the site of the church. This is a simple square enclosure with an arched doorway containing a marble wall tablet to Sir William Forbes of Monymusk who died 1743. The graveyard of Kearn is small and sub-rectangular and it is thought its coped retaining walls were built using some of the rubble material from the demolition of the church. It contains the First World War Commonwealth war grave of Private J. B. Sievewright, Kent Cyclist Battalion. A small rectangular rubble-built burial enclosure stands to the south of the graveyard.
