Farmstead still in use. It is depicted on the OS 1st edition map as a U-shaped steading, open to the south, with attached horse-mill, two outbuildings to east and south west and an L-shaped building, probably a house, and enclosure to the south. By the time of the 2nd edition map, two further buildings have been added, one on the south side of the court, the second between this and the house. These two have since been removed, as has the westernmost building, but the rest are still shown as in use on current OS maps. The farmhouse dates from circa 1830, and is a 3-bay, single storey, basement and attic house. The large U-plan steading to rear us of same date. there is a detached single storey range to east, Tudor estate style similar to Monymusk Village Square. A photographic survey of the bothy building to the east of the steading was carried out in 2017 prior to proposed conversion and extension. A photographic survey of the farmhouse was carried out in 2018 prior to proposed alterations.
