The mill building is single-storey, rubble with a corrugated-iron roof and has a platform inside for access to the top of the mill. It is depicted on the OS map of 1867 as a corn mill, with its lade and pond to the northwest. Besides the mill itself there is an L-shaped building and a single long range to the north.
