Cottage, still in use, built in the later 19th century, probably with an earlier core. It is a single-storey and attic, five-bay cottage, with a rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and margins, and harled flanks. The centre entrance has narrow side windows and piended dormers the break wallhead in the outer bays. The slate roof has coped end stacks and roof lights. A low rubble wall encloses a small front garden.
