Manse, still in use, built by A and W Reid, Elgin, in 1845. It is a two-storey, three-bay building with a rear wing forming an L-plan, and is harled with painted, tooled ashlar margins. The principal elevation has a centre door with a bracketed cornice, flanking canted ground floor bay windows, and regular first floor windows with blocked sills. The rear wing is two-storey and two-bay, with a later garage slapped in the south elevation. It has plate glass and four-pane glazing in the bay windows, and 12-pane glazing elsewhere. The slate roof has corniced end stacks.
