Lodge, now in use as a substation, built in the later 18th century. It is a single-storey, rectangular gate lodge over a raised basement, now a store. The building is harled, with ashlar margins and dressings. Each pedimented gable (east and west) has a blind Venetian window. Each tympanum has a worn coat of arms. Within the centre of the south roadside frontage is the doorway, and there are corniced end stacks to the slate roof.
