Feature: NJ72SE0015 - CHAPEL OF INVERURIE
More Details here

Site of chapel, which formerly stood near the northwest corner of the churchyard (NJ72SE0211). Portions of foundations are sometimes located during grave digging. At the site is a slight platform, too amorphous for survey, which may represent the foundations of the old church, or may be associated with later graves. A tombstone dated 1616 was said to have been built into the wall of the old church. A stone mortsafe lies in the churchyard (NJ72SE0110). There was also an iron one which has been lost. The mortsafe lifting tackle is now in Inverurie museum.
