Details Drill Hall, purpose built in 1896 by local architect George Gray, and depicted on OS maps from the 2nd edition. It is gable end to the road with a porch. To the east is a flat-roofed hall with offices added in 1925. In 1914-18 the hall was the drill station for 'F' Squadron of the 2nd Scottish Horse, 'E' Company of the 6th Gordon Highlanders and No. 2 Highland Division Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps. It is now use as a community centre and law court.
