Details House built probably shortly after 1805. It is single storey with attic and basement, originally with a 2-window front. It was remodelled and extended with a red tile roof by George Watt in 1903. The 1st edition OS maps shows the house with a U-plan steading and an L-plan building within the west side of the grounds. Further buildings had been added close to the steading by the time of the 2nd edition map. On the west side of the steading is a dovecot (NJ80SE0183). The 2nd edition also shows a sundial to the south of the house.
