Details Standing stone, likely of Neolithic or Bronze Age date. The standing stone is located 240m south east of Kinaldie Home Farm and now forms part of a field dyke. It is 2.9 metres high, 1.3 metres broad and 0.9 metres thick at ground level. The standing stone appears on the Ordnance Survey map 1867-69 and is recorded in the Ordnance Survey Name Book 1864 as commemorating a general who was killed nearby. However the tradition behind the stone is now forgotten.
