Former brewery, now in residential use, built in the late 18th century with 19th century additions and alterations. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as an L-plan building, depicted as a brewery, with an associated rectangular building and horsemill within a plot to the south-west. On the 2nd edition OS map it is depicted as a single building filling the full area of the plot, and is no longer depicted as a brewery. Current OS maps show the buildings have been separated to two again, although are joined at the south-eastern end. The block depicted as a brewery on the 1st edition OS map is a two-storey building with a two-window gable to the street and a segmental canopy to the door. The gable is harled and the remainder of the building is rubble. The later parallel west block is single-storey and attic and there is a later wood and pantile infill between.
