Homestead moat, the probable site of Old House of Shethin, visible as a cropmark. OS site visit 1972 recorded that the ditch had been obliterated on the north side, but that the south ditch and parts of the east and west ditches were still visible but greatly spread by ploughing. Insufficient remains for accurate surveying. The site is now only visible at ground level as a slightly raised area. The ditch measures between 8m and 10m in width.
