Cottage, still in use, built in the early to mid 19th century. It is a two-storey, with a raised ground floor over a basement built into the side of a hill, three-bay rubble cottage with contrasting painted reveals and a tiled roof with end stacks and later loft roof lights. The centre entrance has a later plank door approached by a forestair, an off-centre basement entrance with a similar door and flanking window and a single seaward gable window in the raised basement.
