Details The iron steamship JAMES HALL, carrying a general cargo, under Captain McDonald, was in a collision and sank 0.5 mile north of Aberdeen Harbour North Pier on 23 February 1904. The wreck was reportedly sighted at this location in July 1976 by HMS ENTERPRISE; only the boiler remains. Built by Hall, Russell and Co, Aberdeen, in 1870.
