Details Site of a cotton mill dating from the mid to late 19th Century. The main building was 4-storey with attic, and 2 by 9 bays, built of pinned rubble, with a 2-storey with attic 3 by 13 bay ashlar fronted block dated 1893. At the rear were 2 and 3 storey engine and boiler houses. It later became property of the gas corporation (see NJ90NE0005).
