Details	Site of a brewery. There was formerly a paper mill on the site (NJ90NW0710), which was sold to the Devanha Brewery Co. in 1870 The Devanha Brewery is depicted on the OS 1st edition map. It had been considerably expanded by the time of the 2nd edition map - by 1901 it occupied the entire area between the railway and Waterside Drive, south of Polmuir Road. A watching brief was carried out by Aberdeen City Council Archaeological Unit in January 2005 on the former brewery site.
