Details Tenement building dating from the early 19th century. Built of coursed granite rubble, witha grey slate roof, it is 3-storey with an attic, and altered shop to the ground floor. The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case to the upper storeys, A harled 4-storey extension was added to the rear in the late 20th century. Now numbered 47 The Green and 2-12 Martin's Lane.
