Details Site of a house depicted on historic OS maps, set in partially wooded grounds, with a steading to the northeast of the house. the house was built by David Morrice and probably completed before 1810. It was demolished following the Second World War to make way for industrial development. The site is now occupied by offices (Ullevi House). A watching brief carried out by MAS in May 2009 on an extension to Ullevi House recorded no archaeological features or finds.
