Windmill, re-erected at this location in the grounds of Drumgarth House around 1870-1880, and likely to include some 17th century material. It is a 2-storey rubble built tower windmill with a conical roof surmounted by a finial. There are rectangular openings at the ground and first floor levels, an eaves course and some decorative fish scale slates on the roof. A circular feature is shown at this location on the OS 2nd edition map. Previously located within the city centre near Windmill Brae.
